How can my product help you? Knowledge is power and the more knowledge I can provide the better equipped people will be to make healthy choices in their lifestyle. There is a lot of garbage out there so I promote only products I know are good and will achieve results. I write articles on alternatives to all the medications the pharmacutical companies bombard us with through ads on television, radio and print. Our bodies are the temples we are given so we need to treat them with respect if we are to receive optimum benefits from them. We ask a lot and expect a lot and with proper diet and exercise our chances of getting what we want are greatly increased. By the time you are in your 50's & 60's if you have not developed an exercise habit it is time to get moving. People are living longer so why not live life to the fullest by being in good enough shape to experience all the joys of life? Why I work online and what I want to accomplish I was laid off from the construction industry in 2008 after 16 years with the same firm. There were no jobs for a 60 year old carpenter so I took to the internet to survive. I enjoy learning and applying in my quest to make a living on the internet. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and expertise in the fitness arena with others. I cater to the baby boomer population as I am 62 and in good shape and it hurts me seeing older folks coming to the gym in horrible shape just starting out. When they allow themselves to get in poor shape before deciding to do something about it the hill they have to climb is huge. You do not want to train because your doctor told you if you didn't you die from a heart attack or another disease. What I do online I sell ebooks and software at discounted prices to make them more affordable. I sell affiliate products in the health and fitness sector as well as write articles and share my 40+ years of experience of working out. Visitors to my site will have access to read chapter 1 of my book for FREE. In addition to my book, I also promote and distribute other financial and business products online.
