What I do online Since 1998 I have been running TPMonLine. TPM stands for Total Productive Maintenance and is an important part of the Toyota Production System, also known as Lean Manufacturing. The websites provide Manufacturers and all kinds of business with valuable information on the better utilization of their resources, so they become more competitive. We also provide Training and Consulting services, but the thorough information is given free for all. Our traffic is pretty good, considering that of our market is quite vertical. Lean principles are spreading also into Health care and Office processes, making the activity more interesting. I have always believed that giving service to others is the best we can do. Our specialties in Training and Consulting are: Lean Manufacturing strategies, Management Through Leadership, Communication and Motivation. I have personally been in the general industry for fifty years and every single time I go to a customer I still learn a lot. Making our manufacturers competitive is a great motivation. That is how we contribute to America´s economy. We have State and Federal support programs to bring consulting services at low rates and sometimes for free, but by law we can't advertise them. What I do online I assist in the introduction of 'Customer-to-business' and also 'Business-to-Business', promoting 'Quality-Driven-Businesses' to the discerning public. What I do online Thank God we have the Internet, which allows me to work from my home and make a very good income.
